Shipping policy

At Chicstore, we are committed to offer the best shopping experience to our customers; we realize shipping options can impact this experience - this is why we offer several shipping options to you, that are amongst the best available ones.

If you are based in United States or Canada, shipping is free of charge for all orders. 

Shipping is handled by Canada Post or Fedex for all orders across Canada.

You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 10 business days*. 

If you are outside of Canada, the shipping costs will be listed on your checkout page, once you enter your contact details and address (before payment). You will have different shipping options to choose from.

Any additional fee such as duties when shipping outside of Canada, will be paid by the customer.

*Please note that duration of shipping mentioned starts once the item is shipped. At Fumeria, we do our best to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
